Flat Rock Village

“Little Charleston in the Mountains”

Easy to get to and the perfect escape.

Flat Rock Village is a little gem in Western North Carolina. From the house it’s just a short stroll to cute gift shops, the much-loved Hubba Hubba BBQ, Camp Fire Grill, and the Flat Rock Village Bakery (with excellent breakfast and wood-fired pizza). In a former school, Sharewell roasts and serves their own coffee. There’s a salon and spa, a second bakery Our Recipe Roots, a small movie theater the Flat Rock Cinema. There’s great shopping at The Wrinkled Egg, Dogwood and more. Just beyond are the Flat Rock Playhouse and the Carl Sandburg Home historical site, with hiking trails and active goat barns.

We’re a stone’s throw from the center of the village…

…and centrally located to many excellent excursions:

8 minutes to Hendersonville, “The City of Four Seasons”

15 minutes to NC's Land of the Waterfalls at Dupont State Recreational Forest,
